IT Norrbotten provides an open competition and neutral fibre optic network combining 14 local urban area networks in the county of Norrbotten into a greater whole.
We cooperate with and are connected to other regional networks in both Norway, Finland and Sweden.
IT Norrbotten is owned by 14 municipalities and the County Council in Norrbotten.
Our owner structure means we have a stable and longterm ownership.
